  • Date of birth (not collected online but an age range is collected via intake forms)

  • Session notes (confidential)

3. Purpose of Data Use

Your personal data is used exclusively for:

  • Preparing and conducting hypnotherapy sessions
  • Communication and scheduling
  • Maintaining legal and professional client records
  • Complying with CAT and GAT codes of conduct

  • Legal obligations under Dutch healthcare law (Wkkgz)
  • Legitimate interest in delivering therapeutic services

In accordance with Dutch law, client records are securely stored for 20 years after the last session, unless otherwise agreed or legally required.
